沙利度胺联合低剂量地西他滨治疗骨髓增生异常综合征疗效及对Th17和Th22细胞水平的影响

Thalidomide combined with low-dose decitabine in the treatment of myelodysplastic syndrome and its effect on Th17 and Th22 cell levels

目的探究沙利度胺联合低剂量地西他滨治疗骨髓增生异常综合征疗效及对Th17和Th22细胞水平的影响。方法选取2017年7月至2018年8月于本院治疗的骨髓增生异常综合征折患者74例作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,各37例。对照组给予沙利度胺联合高剂量地西他滨治疗,观察组给予沙利度胺联合低剂量地西他滨治疗,比较两组Th17和Th22细胞水平及临床疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率(97.30%)与对照组(83.78%)比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,观察组Th17、Th22水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论沙利度胺联合低剂量地西他滨治疗可调节骨髓增生异常综合征患者体内Th17、Th22水平,提高临床疗效。

Objective To investigate the effect of thalidomide combined with low-dose decitabine in the treatment of myelodysplastic syndrome and its effect on Th17 and Th22 cell levels.Methods 74 patients with myelodysplastic syndrome treated in our hospital from July 2017 to August2018 were selected as the reseach subjects and they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was given thalidomide in combination with high-dose.For the treatment of citabine,the observation group was given thalidomide combined with low-dose decitabine,and the Th17 and Th22 cell levels and clinical efficacy between the two groups were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate of treatment between the observation group(97.30%)and the control group(83.78%).The levels of Th17 and Th22 in the observation group after treatment were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Thalidomide combined with low-dose decitabine can regulate Th17 and Th22 levels in patients with myelodysplastic syndrome and improve clinical efficacy.
