Objective To study the clinical effect of partial drug delivery of fiberoptic bronchoscope in patients with multi-drug resistant tuberculosis. Methods 90 patients with multi-drug resistant tuberculosis who were treated in our hospital from January 2014 to May 2017 were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 45 cases in each group, two groups of patients were treated with conventional chemotherapy, the experimental group using partial drug delivery of fiberoptic bronchoscope on the basis of chemotherapy.Compared the adverse reactions and treatment effect of the two groups. Results After treated for six months and one year, the sputum conversion rates of the experimental group(66.67%,88.89%)were significantly higher than that of the control group(44.44%,71.11%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After six month and 1 year of treatment, the focal absorption rate of the experimental group were significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions(11.11%)in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(28.89%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with multidrug resistant tuberculosis, the effect of partial drug delivery of fiberoptic bronchoscope is better and the adverse reactions of patients are less.
