慢性肾脏病患者血清RBP4的表达及意义

Expression and significance of serum RBP4 in patients with chronic kidney disease

目的评估血清视黄醇结合蛋白质4(RBP4)在慢性肾脏病患者中的表达以及意义。方法选取2020年1月至2020年6月在本院接受治疗的慢性肾脏病患者135例作为观察组,并选取同期在本院体检中心进行健康检查者32名作为对照组,采用全自动生化分析仪检测血清RBP4含量,采用全自动生化分析仪检测CysC、Scr,并计算eGFR。比较两组RBP4、CysC、Scr以及eGFR水平,分析观察组RBP4与CysC、Scr以及eGFR的相关性。结果观察组RBP4、CysC以及Scr水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),eGFR水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组各期RBP4随着eGFR水平的下降呈上升趋势(F=36.12,P<0.05);观察组各期CysC水平随eGFR水平的下降呈上升趋势(F=69.12,P<0.05);1、2以及3期慢性肾脏病患者Scr水平比较差异无统计学意义,4、5期Scr水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者RBP4与eGFR呈显著负相关(r=-0.663,P<0.05),各期RBP4与e GFR呈负相关(P<0.05);RBP4与CysC呈正相关(r=0.734,P<0.05);RBP4与Scr水平呈正相关(r=0.734,P<0.05)。结论 RBP4水平可较好地反映慢性肾脏病患者的病情严重程度,在疾病的诊疗中具有一定参考价值。

Objective To evaluate the expression and significance of serum retinol binding protein 4 in patients with chronic kidney disease.Methods From January 2020 to June 2020,135 patients with chronic kidney disease treated in our hospital were selected as the observation group.Meanwhile,32 healthy people were selected as the control group.The fully automatic biochemical analyser was used to detect serum RBP4 content,CysC and Scr were detected by an automatic biochemical analyzer,and eGFR was calculated.The levels of RBP4,CysC,Scr and eGFR were compared between the two groups.The correlation between RBP4 and CysC,Scr and e GFR in the observation group was analyzed.Results The levels of RBP4,CysC and Scr were significantly higher,and e GFR was lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,RBP4 levels in each stage showed an upward trend with the decrease of e GFR(F=36.12,P<0.05).In the observation group,CysC levels in each stage showed an upward trend with the decrease of e GFR(F=69.12,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in Scr levels among patients with stage 1,2 and 3 chronic kidney disease,but there was statistically significant difference between stage 4 and 5(P<0.05).In the observation group,RBP4 was significantly negatively correlated with e GFR(r=-0.663,P<0.05),and RBP4 was negatively correlated with eGFR(P<0.05).RBP4 was positively correlated with CysC and Scr levels(r=0.734,P<0.05).Conclusion RBP4 level can be used to determine the severity of chronic kidney disease,suggesting that it has certain reference value in the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
