摘要
目的探讨实习带教工作中采用临床路径带教模式的应用效果。方法选取2016年2月至2019年7月在本院实习的100例实习生为研究对象,随机分为甲组和乙组,每组50例。甲组采用传统的实习带教模式,乙组采用临床路径实习带教模式,比较两组实习生的带教效果。结果乙组实习生分析、沟通、预见能力与解决问题的能力评分、理论考核成绩、实践技能考核成绩与实习生带教满意度明显高于甲组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将临床路径带教模式用于实习带教工作中,能有效提高实习生的综合能力、理论知识、实践技能水平与满意度,适合在临床上应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of clinical pathway in practice teaching.Methods From February 2016 to July 2019,100 cases of interns in obstetrics practice in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.Group A adopted the traditional practice teaching mode,and group B adopted the clinical pathway practice teaching mode,and the teaching effects of the two groups of interns were compared.Results The scores of intern analysis,communication,predictive ability and problem-solving ability,theoretical assessment,practical skills assessment and intern teaching satisfaction of group B were significantly higher than that of group A,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying clinical pathway teaching mode to practice teaching can effectively improve the comprehensive ability,theoretical knowledge,practical skills and satisfaction of interns,which is suitable for clinical application.
