摘要
TAU蛋白聚集是阿尔兹海默症的最终表现形式之一,通过研究影响TAU蛋白聚集过程的机理有助于探索干预阿尔茨海默症发病的关键途径。基于此研究背景,本文综述了姜黄素(由姜黄中提取的中药单体)在体内和体外对阿尔茨海默症病理改变的作用机制,发现姜黄素可有效抑制溶液中TAU蛋白聚集,并且可以抑制细胞和小鼠大脑中TAU蛋白的纤维化,能增强TAU清除能力,减弱其高磷酸化,可以帮助寻找治疗阿尔茨海默症的新途径。
The aggregation of TAU protein is one of the final manifestations of Alzheimer’s disease.Studying the mechanism that affects the process of TAU protein aggregation can become a key way to interfere with the pathogenesis of Alzheimer’s disease.Based on this background,this article summarizes the research on the mechanism of curcumin(the monomer of traditional Chinese medicine extracted from turmeric)on the pathological changes of Alzheimer’s disease in vivo and in vitro:summarized that curcumin effectively inhibits TAU protein aggregation in solution.And it inhibited the fibrosis of TAU protein in cells and mouse brain,enhanced TAU clearance ability and weaken its hyperphosphorylation,which can help us find new ways to treat Alzheimer’s disease.
