摘要
目的测定不同产地的26批红参药材中总皂苷及人参皂苷Rg_(1)、Re、Rb_(1)的含量。方法采用紫外可见分光光度法测定红参中总皂苷的含量,高效液相色谱法测定红参中人参皂苷Rg 1、Re、Rb 1的含量。结果26批红参药材中总皂苷含量为1.2%~3.0%,人参皂苷Rg_(1)、Re含量之和为0.17%~0.61%,人参皂苷Rb_(1)含量为0.21%~0.81%。结论不同产地的红参药材总皂苷及人参皂苷Rg_(1)、Re、Rb_(1)的含量存在差异,提示应进一步规范红参药材的种植、加工炮制及标准的建立。
Objective The contents of total ginsenosides,ginsenosides Rg_(1),Re and Rb_(1) in 26 batches of red ginseng from different habitats were determined.Methods The contents of total ginsenosides in red ginseng were determined by uv-visible spectrophotometry and ginsenosides Rg_(1),Re and Rb_(1) in red ginseng were determined by high performance liquid chromatography.Results The contents of total ginsenosides in 26 batches of red ginseng were 1.2%~3.0%,the sum of ginsenosides Rg_(1) and Re were 0.17%~0.61%,and ginsenosides Rb_(1) were 0.21%~0.81%.Conclusion The contents of total ginsenosides,ginsenosides Rg_(1),Re and Rb_(1) of red ginseng from different habitats were different.It is suggested that the planting,processing and establishment of standard should be further regulated.
