摘要
一种自适应的共振式超高效混合机控制系统由控制器、运算板卡、激振力伺服调节单元、加速度传感器等部分组成。它具备自适应控制能力,能够通过高速运算和实时调节功能克服物料状态不断变化带来的影响,使物料始终保持在共振状态,同时,共振的加速度在0~100g范围内任意可调,从而以最小的能耗,使物料剧烈振动,最终达到高效混合的目标。该控制系统还具备多个辅助功能,包括混合过程中的工艺环境温度控制功能、真空度控制功能、急停和保护控制功能等,适用于多种体系物料的高效混合,包括液-液、液-固、气-液、固-固物料。
An adaptive control system for resonant super-efficient mixer is composed of a controller,an arithmetic board,an exciting force servo control unit,an acceleration sensor,etc. It has adaptive control capability. It can overcome the influence of changing material state by high-speed operation and real-time adjustment,and keep the material in resonance state all the time. At the same time,the acceleration of resonance can be adjusted arbitrarily in the range of 0~100 g,so as to minimize energy consumption,make the material vibrate violently and finally achieve super-efficient mixing. The control system also has a number of auxiliary functions,including temperature control,vacuum control,emergency shutdown and protection control in the mixing process. It is suitable for efficient mixing of materials in various systems,including liquid-liquid,liquid-solid,gas-liquid,solid-solid materials.
