一种光伏板位置检测系统设计

摘要 光伏板一般成片的安装在建筑物的屋顶或者是一些荒凉无遮挡地带,如何有效监测光伏板的安装位置,对于故障的定位和检修,保障系统稳定运行,减少事故的发生具有重要意义。为了实现光伏板位置定位,减少通讯线缆和施工量,该文设计了一种基于PLC的光伏板位置检测系统。每个光伏板安装带有PLC功能的控制器,光伏逆变器通过PLC与各个光伏板控制器之间组网,实现数据交互,逆变器通过4G传输模块将光伏板的位置信息传递给手机等入网设备,实际测试结果表明,系统可准确地获取各个光伏板位置信息,便于故障发生时迅速实现定位。该系统不需要特意安装通讯线缆,可直接通过装置间的电力线实现通讯,大大减少了安装量和安装难度,降低了产品成本,对促进新能源领域的发展具有重要的作用。 Photovoltaic panels are generally installed on the roof of buildings or some desolate and uncovered areas.How to effectively monitor the installation position of photovoltaic panels is of great significance for fault location and maintenance,ensuring the stable operation of the system and reducing the occurrence of accidents.In order to realize the position location of photovoltaic panel and reduce the communication cable and construction capacity,a photovoltaic panel position detection system is designed based on PLC.Each photovoltaic panel equips with a controller with PLC.The photovoltaic inverter networks with each photovoltaic panel controller through PLC to realize data interaction.The inverter transmits the position information of photovoltaic panel to mobile phones and other network access devices through 4G transmission module.The test results show that the system can accurately obtain the position information of each photovoltaic panel,which is convenient for positioning in case of fault.The system does not need to install communication cables and can communicate directly through the power lines between devices,which greatly reduces the installation quantity and difficulty,the product cost and plays an important role in promoting the development of new energy field.
