摘要 纯电动汽车整车模型对于控制系统硬件在环HIL测试具有重要作用,该文基于dSPACE实时仿真平台,建立了应用于HIL测试的整车模型,并与快速原型控制器进行闭环测试。首先依据所研究的纯电动汽车结构和参数,建立了整车各子系统模型;然后,为了能够实现和整车控制系统的闭环测试,进行了模型和整车控制系统之间的接口配置;最后,基于dSPACE公司的SCALEXIO仿真模拟器和MicroAutobox快速原型控制器,建立硬件在环测试平台,进行了整车被控对象模型和控制策略之间的开环和闭环测试。结果表明,该文所建的整车HIL模型能够实现基于dSPACE平台的实时仿真,反映整车性能,可以应用于对整车控制系统的HIL测试。 The pure electric vehicle model plays an important role in the HIL(Hardware-In-Loop)test of the control system.Based on the dSPACE real-time simulation platform,this paper establishes a vehicle model for HIL testing,and conducts closed-loop testing with a rapid prototype controller.Firstly,the vehicle subsystem model is established based on the researched vehicle structure and parameters.Then,in order to realize the closed-loop test with the vehicle control system,the interface between the model and the vehicle control system was configured.Finally,based on dSPACE&s SCALEXIO simulation simulator and MicroAutobox rapid prototyping controller,a hardware-in-the-loop test platform was established to conduct open-loop and closed-loop tests between the vehicle controlled object model and control strategy.The results show that the vehicle HIL model built in this paper can realize real-time simulation based on the dSPACE platform,which can reflect the performance of the vehicle,and can be applied to the HIL test of the vehicle control system.
