颈动脉粥样硬化斑块周围血流动力学的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 颈动脉粥样硬化斑块是脑血管血栓事件的主要危险因素,血流动力学因素在动脉粥样硬化斑块的形成和发展中具有一定作用,同时斑块也会对颈动脉的血流产生影响。为进一步探究颈动脉粥样硬化斑块与颈动脉血流动力学之间的相互影响,对目前已有关于颈动脉粥样硬化斑块血流动力学的研究进行分析,总结目前研究的现状和局限并对未来的研究进行展望。本文对颈动脉粥样硬化斑块周围血流动力学的研究进展进行综述。 Carotid atherosclerotic plaque is the main risk factor for cerebrovascular thrombosis.Hemodynamic factors play a certain role in the formation and development of atherosclerotic plaque.At the same time,plaque can also affect the blood flow of carotid artery.In order to further explore the interaction between cervical arterial plaques and cervical arterial hemodynamics,the existing research on the hemodynamics of cervical artery plaques is analyzed,and the present situation and limitations of the current study are summarized to give a prospect for future research.This article reviews the research progress of hemodynamics around carotid plaque.
