摘要
以5454铝合金危化品罐车封头为研究对象,通过双面TIG焊接方法对环形焊缝进行打底焊接,总结该技术的焊接工艺参数,并进一步分析双面TIG焊接的熔透机制。结果表明,罐体内外焊缝均匀平滑,焊接接头一次探伤合格率在95%以上,获得理想的焊接效果;影响铝合金双面TIG焊接熔透行为的两个主要因素是焊缝中心形成的热聚集区导致的强化传热作用和熔池体积力引起的热挖掘作用。
The 5454 aluminum alloy head for dangerous chemicals tanker was choosed as the research object, backing welding of the ring weld was carried out by double-side TIG welding method, and then the welding process parameter was summarized. The penetration mechanism of the double-side TIG welding was further analyzed. The results show that the welding seam inside and outside the tank is uniform and smooth. The qualified rate of primary inspection for welded joints is over 95%, and the obtained welding effect is ideal. Two main factors affecting the penetration behavior of double-sided TIG welding of aluminum alloy are the heat transfer enhancement caused by the thermal aggregation zone formed in the weld center and the thermal excavation caused by the volume force of the molten pool.
