摘要
对座圈熔模精密铸造工艺进行了设计,采用ProCAST模拟软件计算铸件充型、凝固过程,并分析缺陷形成原因。在此基础上优化铸造工艺参数并再次进行数值模拟,得出合理的铸造工艺。经过生产验证,对采用优化后的工艺生产的铸件进行X射线探伤,没有发现缩松、缩孔等缺陷,铸件合格。
The investment casting process of a seat ring was designed. The ProCAST simulation software was used to calculate the filling and solidification process of the casting, and the reasons for the formation of defects were analyzed. On this basis, the casting process parameters were optimized and numerical simulation was again performed. A reasonable casting process was obtained. After production verification, X-ray flaw detection was performed on the castings produced by the optimized process. No defects such as shrinkage cavity and shrinkage porosity are found, and the castings are qualified.
