摘要
用X射线衍射仪和光学显微镜分别对3%Si高牌号无取向硅钢热轧和常化板进行了分层织构测量。结果表明,硅钢板沿厚度方向的织构组分有差异,热轧板的表层主要是{110}<001>织构,同时有少量{331}<553>织构,中心区域主要是{001}<110>织构;常化板材表层区域主要为{110}<114>、{110}<001>织构,中心区域未发现高斯织构,而有反高斯织构出现。热轧板组织沿厚度方向也是不均匀的,表层有大量细小等轴晶组织,中心区域是形变组织;常化后组织沿厚度方向从表层到中心都是等轴晶组织,但晶粒大小不均匀。
The layered texture of 3% Si high-grade non-oriented silicon steel plates after hot rolling and normalization was measured by using X-ray diffractometer and optical microscopy. The results show that the texture composition of the silicon steel plate is different along the thickness direction, the surface layer of hot rolled plate is mainly {110}<001> texture,while there is a small amount of{331}<553> texture, and the central area is mainly {001}<110> texture;the surface area of the normalized plate is mainly {110}<114> and{110}<001> texture, and no Goss texture texture is found in the central area,while anti-Goss texture appears. The microstructure of the hot rolled sheet is not uniform along the thickness direction, the surface layer has a large number of fine equiaxed crystal microstructure the micro the center area, but the grain size is non-uniform.
