摘要
介绍一种自主设计制作,用于在线评价焊接接头微区力学性能的测试装置。该装置由步进电机驱动模块、位移-载荷测试模块、装置及试样固定模块、半自动控制模块四部分组成。使用该装置对焊接接头试样进行微压剪试验,测得焊接接头母材区域的剪切强度及工程剪切应力-应变曲线,并将其扩展至接头各个区域,从而获得接头各微区力学性能曲线,实现对接头的局部强度和塑性进行评价。
A self-designed test device for evaluating microzone mechanical properties of welded joints on-line was introduced. The device is composed of four parts: stepper motor drive module, displacement-load test module, device and sample fixation module, and semi-automatic control module. This device was used to conduct micro-compression shear test on welded joint samples, and the shear strength and engineering shear stress-strain curves of the base material area in welded joint were measured and the device was extended to measure the mechanical properties of each area of the joint, so as to obtain the mechanical properties curves of each micro-area of the joint and evaluate the local strength and plasticity of the joint.
