我国医疗机构药学服务效果及经济学评价文献计量学分析

Bibliometric analysis of the effect and economy of hospital pharmaceutical care in China

目的:通过对国内医疗机构药学服务效果及经济学研究相关文献的梳理,总结药学服务研究现状,为拓展药学服务新内涵、评价药学服务价值提供思路。方法:检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库和中国生物医学文献数据库建库至2018年12月31日的药学服务文献,对文献发表年份、地域、期刊、研究类型、药学服务病种、药品、项目等进行统计分析,对药学服务效果及经济学评价进行定性分析。结果:共纳入文献611篇,文献发表呈增长趋势,以心血管、呼吸系统、糖尿病病种为主,通过用药教育、药学随访、用药干预等药学服务方式,在改善患者依从性、治疗结局方面发挥了积极作用,但药学服务的经济性评价研究极少。结论:近20年来国内药学服务呈快速发展趋势,药学服务效果有目共睹,但需深入开展药学服务经济学评价,为药师价值提供证据。

OBJECTIVE Through combing the relevant literatures on effectiveness and economic evaluation of hospital pharmaceutical care in China,this study reviewed the current status of pharmaceutical care research so as to provides rationales for expanding the new connotation of pharmaceutical care and evaluating the value of pharmaceutical care.METHODS The pharmaceutical care literatures were retrieved from the databases of CNKI,WanFang,VIP and China Biology Medicine from the establishment to December 31,2018.Publishing year,geographic region,periodicals,research types,category of publications and diseases,drugs and contents of pharmaceutical care were analyzed and qualitative analysis was conducted for effectiveness and economic evaluations of pharmaceutical care.RESULTS A total of 611 literatures were included and there was a rising trend.Cardiovascular,respiratory system and diabetes predominated.Through medication tutorial,pharmaceutical follow-ups and medication interventions,pharmaceutical care has played an active role in improving patient compliances and treatment outcomes.However,few studies focused upon the economic evaluation of pharmaceutical care.CONCLUSION Pharmaceutical care in China has been developing rapidly over the last two decades and achievement is obvious to all.However,economic evaluation of pharmaceutical care is urgently required to provide evidence for pharmacists'value.
