摘要
随着改革转隶后消防救援人才队伍职能任务的不断拓展,指挥中心逐步从幕后走向台前,各级消防指挥中心人才队伍建设将面临新的考验和挑战,必须从“选、育、用、留”四个方面进行有效应对。在“选”上下功夫,构建合理的技能人才引进机制;在“育”上下功夫,构建科学的技能人才培养培训体系;在“用”上下功夫,制定科学的人才使用和评价标准;在“留”上下功夫,建立科学有效、适合实际的留人机制。
With the continuous expansion of the functions and tasks of the fire rescue team after the reform and transfer,the command center has gradually moved from behind the scenes to the front of the stage.The construction of the talent teams of fire command centers at all levels will face new challenges.We must respond effectively from such four aspects as"selection,training,service and retaining".Selection means building a reasonable mechanism to introduce talents.Training means constructing a scientific training system for skilled talents.Service means to formulate scientific standards for the use and evaluation of talent.Retaining means to establish a scientific,effective and practical mechanism to retain talents.
