摘要
基于含二茂铁结构片段在分子识别中的优异性能,文中以二茂铁为原料,首先经过磺酰化反应制得二茂铁磺酰氯,之后与三乙烯二胺发生偶联反应得到1-(2-氯乙基)-4-二茂铁磺酰基哌嗪,接着1-(2-氯乙基)磺酰哌嗪与苯酚或萘硫酚发生亲核取代反应合成了2个新型含二茂铁磺酰哌嗪类有机配体.通过紫外光谱和滴定实验研究其识别性能,结果表明,设计合成的二茂铁磺酰哌嗪能很好地对Cu^(2+)和Hg^(2+)进行选择性识别.
In view of the optimal properties of ferrocene fragments in molecular recognition,two new ferrocene sulfonyl piperazines ligands are designed and prepared.Ferrocene is first converted into ferrocene sulfonyl chloride which is then coupled with triethylene diamine to yield 1-(2-chloroethyl)-4-ferrocene sulfonyl piperazine.Nucleophilc substitution of 1-(2-chloroethyl)-4-ferrocene sulfonyl piperazine with phenol or naphthalene-1-thiol produced the desired ferrocene sulfonyl piperazines ligands.Studies on their recognition performance through ultraviolet spectroscopy and titration experiments showed that the two molecules can selectively identify Cu^(2+)and Hg^(2+).
