草地贪夜蛾在不同类型玉米苗期的生长发育与繁殖 被引量:4

摘要 【目的】草地贪夜蛾Spodoptera frugiperda(J.E.Smith)是2019年入侵我国的重要农业害虫,对我国玉米等粮食作物生产构成严重威胁。为了明确草地贪类型夜蛾在不同玉米上的生物学特性,为不同类型玉米上草地贪夜蛾的防控提供参考。【方法】本文研究了苗期不同类型玉米(甜玉米、糯玉米、甜糯玉米和普通玉米)对草地贪夜蛾的生长发育与繁殖的影响。【结果】草地贪夜蛾在玉农科糯、斯达206、南甜糯601、焦点玉501的发育历期和存活率均无显著差异,平均发育历期为17.88-18.81 d,平均存活率为70.1%-76.3%。幼虫期取食玉农科糯、斯达206、南甜糯601、焦点玉501的草地贪夜蛾蛹重、蛹历期、成虫寿命和单雌产卵量在不同类型玉米间无显著差异,其中平均雌蛹重为193.67-214.16 mg/头,平均雄蛹重为197.40-200.41 mg/头,雌蛹平均历期为8.8-9.2 d,雄蛹平均历期为9.4-10.1 d,雌蛾平均寿命为11.0-16.1d,雄蛾平均寿命为9.8-13.1d,平均单雌产卵量分别为733.3-845.2粒。【结论】苗期4种不同类型玉米(玉农科糯、斯达206、南甜糯601、焦点玉501)对草地贪夜蛾的生长发育与繁殖无显著影响。 [Objectives]To improve understanding of the biological characteristics of the fall armyworm,Spodoptera frugiperda(J.E.Smith),an important agricultural pest that invaded China in 2019 and now seriously threatens maize and other food crops,and thereby provide a reference for the prevention and control of this pest.[Methods]The growth,development and reproduction of S.frugiperda on four different maize varieties;sweet maize(Sida206),waxy maize(Yunongkenuo),sweet waxy maize(Nantiannuo601)and conventional maize(Jiaodianyu501)were investigated during the seedling stage.[Results]The developmental duration and survival rate of S.frugiperda raised on each of the four maize varieties did not differ significantly;the average development duration was 17.88-18.81 d,and the average survival rate was 70.1%-76.3%.Nor did maize variety significantly affect pupal weight,pupal duration,adult longevity or the number of eggs per female;the average female and male pupal weights were 193.67-214.16 mg and 197.40-200.41 mg,respectively,the average female and male pupal durations were 8.8-9.2 d and 9.4-10.1 d,respectively,the average longevity of female and male adults was 11.0-16.1 d and 9.8-13.1 d,respectively,and the average number of eggs per female was 733.3-845.2.[Conclusion]These results suggest that the growth,development and reproduction of S.frugiperda is essentially the same irrespective of which of four different maize varieties(Sida206,Yunongkenuo,Nantiannuo601 and Jiaodianyu501)larvae feed on during the seedling stage.
