基于结构方程模型的中小企业转型的创新驱动因素研究

创新对中小企业实现转型目标极为重要。因而研究中华小企业转型的创新驱动因素也极为重要。本文基于TOE(技术—组织—环境)框架,提出了9个影响创新驱动经济转型的因素,并通过采用结构方程模型实证研究了各创新驱动因素对中小企业转型的影响程度,从而弥补了相关创新驱动转型的理论研究缺乏实证分析以及影响因素不全面的缺陷。研究结果表明:中小企业转型的各驱动因素中,技术研发能力对中小企业转型的贡献率最大,其次依次是信息化水平、技术研发投入、竞争压力、市场需求、企业规模和政府扶持;闲置资源对驱动中小企业转型不存在影响;技术研发能力—创新行为—转型是促进企业实现转型目标最为关键的影响路径。

Innovation is very important for SMEs to achieve their transformation goals.So study of innovation drive factors for SMEs'transformation is very important as well.In this paper,based on the TOE framework,nine factors that influence the innovation-driven economic transformation are investigated and categorized into three aspects,namely technology,organization and environment.Through the use of structural equation model,the influence degree of each factor on the transformation of SMEs is examined.The results show that among the nine factors,technology R&D capability has the largest contribution rate to SME transformation,followed by the level of informatization,technology R&D investment,competitive pressure,market demand,enterprise scale and government support Technology R&D Capabilities-Innovative Behavior-Transformation is the most critical impact path to promote enterprises to achieve their transformation goals.
