郑州地铁架修车钩气路系统故障分析

摘要 研究郑州地铁1号线一期全自动车钩在对接试验时遇到的二位五通阀漏气故障,明确故障现象及特点,对调二位五通阀各部件,逐一验证,确认故障具体位置,对更换后的部件进行试验验证,最终确认故障点,提出处理意见,为列车架修出现的类似故障提供处理思路。 In this paper, the leakage fault of two-position five-way valve on the first phase automatic coupler of Zhengzhou metro line 1 is studied. Firstly, the fault phenomena and characteristics are clarified, and then each part of the two-position five-way valve is adjusted and verified one by one to confirm the specific location of the fault. Then, the parts after replacement are tested and verified, and the fault point is finally confirmed. Combined with the leakage fault of the two five-way valve of the coupler, this paper puts forward some suggestions for dealing with the similar fault in the subsequent train overhauling.
