摘要 在铁路桥梁工程不断发展的过程中,冲击钻灌注桩技术的运用越来越广泛,是一项关键的工程桩基技术,在实际施工过程中技术工艺相对烦琐,存在很多干扰因素,很容易出现成桩质量差的问题,影响整体工程质量。以某铁路桥梁施工项目为例,对冲击钻灌注桩施工工艺流程进行分析,研究铁路桥梁施工中冲击钻灌注桩质量控制要点,以有效改善冲击钻灌注桩成桩质量,提高铁路桥梁工程质量。 In the process of continuous development of railway bridge engineering, the technology of percussion drilling cast-in-place pile is more and more widely used, which is a key engineering pile foundation technology. However, due to the relatively cumbersome technology in the actual construction process, there are many interference factors, it is easy to appear poor pile quality, affecting the overall project quality. This study mainly takes a railway bridge construction project as an example, analyzes the construction process of percussion drilling cast-in-place pile, and studies the quality control points of percussive drilling cast-in-place pile in railway bridge construction, so as to effectively improve the pile forming quality of percussion drilling cast-in-place pile, improve the quality of railway bridge engineering, and ensure the stable operation of railway bridge.
