摘要
在国家对大学生创新创业政策的支持下,大学生群体中迅速掀起创新创业浪潮。应从强化大学生创新创业法律教育、完善大学生创业法律保护制度、加大政府政策引导支持力度和健全法律救助机制等四个方面加强大学生创业法律风险防控。
With the support of the national policy for college students innovation undertaking, the tide of innovation and entrepreneurship is rapidly rising among college students. The legal risk prevention and control should be strengthened from four aspects: strengthening the legal education of innovation undertaking of college students, perfecting the legal protection system of college students innovative undertaking, strengthening the government policy guidance and support and perfecting the legal assistance mechanism.
