以正丁醛为原料合成1,2-环氧戊烷的研究

摘要 以正丁醛为原料制备1,2-环氧戊烷的反应,探讨了叶立德试剂、反应时间、反应温度、原料配比、碱、溶剂等因素对反应产率的影响,确定了制备1,2-环氧戊烷反应条件:以二甲基亚甲基氧硫为叶立德试剂,碳酸铯为碱、溶剂为乙腈,在三甲基碘化硫与正丁醛物质的量比为2∶1,反应时间为2 h、反应温度为0℃时,1,2-环氧戊烷的产率可达91.3%。并探究了以正丁醛为原料制备1,2-环氧戊烷的反应机理。 The effects of Ylide reagent, reaction time, reaction temperature, material ratio, alkali, and solvent, etc. on the reaction in which cyclopentene oxide is prepared with n-butyl aldehyde as the material were discussed. The reaction conditions at which cyclopentene oxide is prepared were identified: using dimethyl sulfoxoniummethylide as Ylide reagent, cesium carbonate as the alkali, and acetonitrile as the solvent, the molar ratio of trimethylsulfonium iodide to n-butylaldehyde being 2 : 1, the reaction time being 2 h, and the reaction temperature is 0 ℃, and the yield of cyclopentene oxide can reach 91.3% at such conditions. The mechanism of the reaction in which cyclopentene oxide is prepared with n-butylaldehyde as the material was also discussed.
