品管圈气道管理小组模式对重症肺炎患者多重耐药菌感染预防及预后的影响 被引量:11

Effects of quality control circle airway management group mode on prevention and prognosis of multi-drug resistant bacterial infection in patients with severe pneumonia

摘要 目的:观察品管圈(QCC)气道管理小组模式对重症肺炎患者多重耐药菌感染预防及预后的影响。方法:选取2016年5月至2017年7月重症监护室(ICU)收治的进行常规护理的30例重症肺炎患者作为对照组。选取2017年8月至2018年10月ICU收治的接受QCC气道管理小组护理的30例重症肺炎患者作为观察组。分析两组对于重症肺炎患者多重耐药菌感染的预防及预后情况。结果:护理干预后,观察组的人工气道平均时间明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组多重耐药菌感染发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);采取QCC小组活动后,观察组对多重耐药菌感染及气道管理相关技能水平明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:QCC气道管理小组的护理模式能明显提高护理人员对重症患者多重耐药菌感染的预防意识,并且缩短患者使用呼吸机辅助治疗的平均时间,同时提升了小组成员对于护理技能的掌握程度。 Objective To observe the prevention and prognosis of multi-drug resistant bacterial infection in patients with severe pneumonia by QCC airway management team mode.Methods A total of 30 patients with severe pneumonia who received routine care in the ICU from May 2016 to July 2017 were selected as the control group.Thirty patients with severe pneumonia admitted to ICU from August 2017 to October 2018 who received care from the QCC airway management team were selected as the observation group.The prevention and prognosis of multi-drug resistant bacteria infection in patients with severe pneumonia in the two groups were analyzed.Results After nursing intervention,the average artificial airway time in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of multiple drug-resistant bacteria infection in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After QCC group activity,the observation group was significantly better than the control group in multi-drug resistant bacteria infection and airway management skills,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The nursing mode of the QCC airway management group can significantly improve the nursing staffs'awareness of the prevention of multi-drug resistant bacterial infection in severe patients,shorten the average time of patients using ventilator assisted treatment,and improve the nursing skills of the team members.
