摘要
目的:探讨脑外科护士对深静脉血栓形成的认知水平及影响因素。方法:选择平顶山市第一人民医院脑外科护士42名,采用自行编制的深静脉血栓形成风险调查量表进行问卷调查,分析脑外科护士对深静脉血栓形成风险的认知水平,采用单因素分析认知水平的相关因素,采用Logistic回归分析认知水平的独立影响因素。结果:脑外科护士对深静脉血栓形成的基础知识认知平均分为(20.6±4.7)分,风险因素认知平均分为(26.4±3.2)分,预防及护理措施认知平均分为(34.7±3.9)分,总分为(82.6±4.1)分。单因素分析结果显示,护士的学历、护龄、职称、护理层级、管理岗位、培训或学习及护理过深静脉形成血栓患者均为护士对深静脉血栓形成认知水平的相关因素(均P<0.05),多因素非条件Logistic回归分析结果显示,职称、护理层级、培训或学习、护理过深静脉血栓形成患者均是护士对深静脉血栓形成认知水平的独立影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论:脑外科护士对深静脉血栓形成的认知水平受多种因素影响,年资、培训和学习及护理经验能够提高对深静脉血栓形成的认知能力。
Objective To investigate the cognitive level and influencing factors of cerebral surgical nurses on deep vein thrombosis(DVT).Methods A total of 42 brain surgery nurses in this hospital were selected to conduct a questionnaire survey using the self-developed deep vein thrombosis risk questionnaire to analyze the cognitive level of brain surgery nurses on the risk of deep vein thrombosis.Univariate analysis was used to analyze the related factors of cognitive level,and Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the independent influencing factors of cognitive level.Results Average score of basic knowledge of deep venous thrombosis in brain surgery nurses was(20.6±4.7),average score of risk factors was(26.4±3.2),average score of prevention and nursing measures was(34.7±3.9)and total score was(82.6±4.1).Univariate analysis showed that nurses'educational background,nursing age,professional title,nursing level,management position,training or learning,and nursing for patients with deep venous thrombosis were related factors of nurses'cognitive level of deep venous thrombosis(P<0.05).Multivariate unconditional logistic regression analysis showed that professional title and nursing hierarchy,training or learning,and nursing of patients with deep venous thrombosis were independent influencing factors of nurses'cognitive level of deep venous thrombosis(P<0.05).Conclusions The cognitive level of brain surgery nurses on DVT is affected by many factors.Seniority,training,learning and nursing experience can improve the cognitive ability of DVT.
