掺机制砂湿拌砂浆性能研究进展

PROGRESS ON THE PROPERTIES OF WET-MIXED MORTAR WITH MANUFACTURED SAND

机制砂因具有成本低、环保等特点,已被逐渐应用于湿拌砂浆的生产,产生了良好的技术经济性能。机制砂较差的粒级和较高的石粉含量都容易影响湿拌砂浆的性能,在一定程度上限制了其工程应用。文中通过总结分析掺机制砂湿拌砂浆稠度、保水性和抗压强度等性能特点,探讨了机制砂在湿拌砂浆中的应用效果,提出了当前应用中存在的主要技术问题以及相应的改善措施。

Manufactured sand has been gradually applied to the production of wet-mixed mortar due to its low cost,environmental protection and other characteristics,resulting in good technical and economic performance.However,poor grain size and high stone powder content of manufactured sand are easy to affect the performance of wet-mixed mortar,which limits its engineering application to a certain extent.This paper analyzed and summarized the research progress of consistency,water retention,and compressive strength of wet-mixed mortar mixed with manufactured sand.Furthermore,the application effect of manufactured sand in wet-mixed mortar was discussed.This paper puts forward the main technical problems worthy of attention and corresponding improvement measures.
