摘要
随着城市不断发展规划,需要拆除大批旧建筑物,因此产生大量的建筑垃圾。据统计数据显示,我国建筑垃圾产量约为城市垃圾总量的30%,每年总产量达20亿吨。文中通过用废混凝土粉代替部分砂制取再生砂浆,研究了废混凝土粉取代率对砂浆性能的影响,包括稠度、抗压强度和抗折强度。试验结果表明,废混凝土粉可以作为掺量代替部分天然砂而不降低砂浆性能。
With the continuous development of the city,many old buildings need to be demolished,resulting in a large amount of construction waste.According to the statistics,the output of construction waste in China is about 30%of the total amount of urban waste,with a total 2 billion tons per year.Herein,waste concrete powder was employed to replace part of sand to prepare recycled mortar,and the influence of waste concrete powder replacement rate on mortar properties was studied,including consistency,compressive strength and flexural strength.The results show that waste concrete powder can be used as an admixture to replace part of natural sand without reducing the performance of the mortar.
