钢板组合墙对拉螺栓摩擦力分析研究

摘要 研究高强度对拉螺栓约束的钢板组合墙中不同表面处理的螺母与单侧钢板之间摩擦系数取值;分别制作了5个平螺母摩擦力试件和5个有止退纹螺母摩擦力试件,采用拉力试验机进行摩擦力测试并计算摩擦面的摩擦系数,试验测得平螺母与钢板的摩擦系数为0.152,带止退纹螺母与平钢板的摩擦系数为0.163。通过有限元软件建立与试验相同工况的模型进行数值模拟,数值模拟的结果与试验结果较为吻合。说明试验数据比较准确,可以为以后的工程提供参考。 This paper studies the friction coefficients between nuts with different surface treatments and single-sided steel plates in steel plate composite walls constrained by high-strength tension bolts.Through the experiments,5 friction test pieces for flat nuts and 5 friction tests for nuts with anti-recessing grains were made respectively.Then the friction coefficient of the friction surface is obtained by the tensile tests,which is,0.152 between the flat nut and the steel plate and 0.163 between the nut with anti-recession and the flat steel plate.Furthermore,a model under the same working conditions as the experiments was established,and the results of the numerical simulation were consistent with the experimental results.It shows that the experimental data is relatively accurate and could provide reference for the similar projects.
