摘要
腰麻下剖宫产患者围手术期体温过低和寒战是常见并发症.围术期低温可导致术后伤口感染、凝血功能障碍、心血管事件等并发症增多,术前和术中使用不同的保温策略可使产妇低体温与寒战的发生率降低.加强围手术期体温监测与低体温的防治有利于产妇的预后.本文综述了低体温与寒战的原因以及主要发生机制和防治措施.
Perioperative hypothermia and shivering are common events in cesarean section patients under spinal anesthesia.Perioperative hypothermia can lead to increased complications such as postoperative wound infection,coagulation dysfunction,and cardiovascular events.The use of different warm-keeping strategies before and during surgery can reduce the incidence of maternal hypothermia and shivering.Strengthening the perioperative temperature monitoring and the prevention and treatment of hypothermia is beneficial to the prognosis of the puerperant.This article reviews the causes of hypothermia and chills,as well as the main mechanisms and prevention measures.
