脂联素与乳腺癌相关性的研究进展

摘要 脂肪细胞在乳房基质细胞群中占主要地位,具有多种分泌功能,曾被认为可以促进乳腺癌(BC)的生长、侵袭与转移。近年来越来越多的实验证实,脂肪细胞对BC不一定皆是促进作用,其表达的脂肪因子对BC具有促进与抑制作用的两重性。在已发现的脂肪因子当中,脂联素的表达被证实与BC的发生发展密切相关,因而在临床受到广泛重视。
