医共体模式下消毒供应中心集中式管理工作效果初探

Primary exploration on the effect of centralized management in central sterile supply departmentunderthe medical community model

目的探讨医共体模式下建设消毒供应中心集中式管理的应用效果。方法采用质量追溯系统,通过建立医共体消毒供应中心,将本院医共体内三个社区卫生服务中心及下属卫生服务站纳入管理系统,进行集中管理。结果除回收环节集中式管理前后的合格率没有统计学差异外(χ^(2)=1.732,P>0.05),去污、消毒、包装、灭菌、储存、转运等环节集中式管理前后的合格率差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)=13.328、7.402、7.402、4.737、8.163、6.081、5.498,P<0.05);医疗机构集中式管理后的人力成本和运营成本分别降低了6人和113201元;工作人员对集中式管理前后的满意度前后差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.353,P<0.05)。结论医共体消毒供应中心集中式管理办法切实可行,优化了资源配置,确保了物品的清洗、消毒及灭菌质量,且节约人力和费用成本、提高了工作效率,值得进一步推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of centralized management in central sterile supply department under the medical community model.Methods A quality traceability system was used,through establishing central sterile supply department,three community health service centers in the medical communityas well as subordinate health service stations of them were included in the system,and centralized management was applied.Results There was no statistically significant difference in recycling(χ^(2)=1.732,P>0.05)before and after the centralized management.But there were significant statistically differences in the following steps:decontamination,disinfection,packaging,sterilization,storage and transport(χ^(2)=13.328,7.402,7.402,4.737,8.163,6.081,5.498,P<0.05).After the applying of centralized management,the labor cost and operation cost were reduced by 6 people and 113,201 yuan respectively.There was a statistically significantdifference in staff satisfaction(χ^(2)=6.353,P<0.05).Conclusions The centralized management is feasible,which optimizes the allocation of resources,ensures the quality of cleaning,disinfection and sterilization of articles,saves resources,reduces costs and improves work efficiency.It is worth further promotion.
