桡动脉+单侧胸廓内动脉全动脉化冠状动脉旁路移植术中器械和缝线的管理

摘要 目的总结桡动脉+单侧胸廓内动脉全动脉化冠状动脉旁路移植术中器械护士对器械和缝线的管理,探讨术中配合心脏外科医生施行此类手术的方法.方法选择2019年6月—2020年6月本院心脏外科收治的冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者20例作为研究对象,所有患者均全身麻醉体外循环下择期行桡动脉+单侧胸廓内动脉全动脉化冠状动脉旁路移植术,手术室器械护士做好术前物品及各类器械、各种规格缝线的准备,术中积极配合心脏外科医生施行手术,严格遵守操作原则及完善手术室护理流程.结果所有20例手术均顺利完成,患者术中生命体征平稳,无术中并发症发生.结论对于桡动脉+单侧胸廓内动脉全动脉化冠状动脉旁路移植术的手术施行,术中器械护士对器械和缝线的合理管理,是缩短手术时间和手术成功的关键.
