摘要
为应对媒体的融合进程已进入智能传播高级阶段的情况,文章从浙江省新媒体面临的制度冲突、多元化、同质化、产业链意识薄弱等实际问题着手,立足浙江省新媒体企业现有内容生产、传播途径、经营模式、品牌建设等方面的竞争力,提出了整体运营与民企合作、转型传播途径、多元协调发展、品牌集群和完善产业链等经营路径,力图为浙江省新闻类新媒体提供一些可行性办法。
This paper started from the actual problems of new media in Zhejiang province,such as institutional conflict,diversification,homogenization and weak awareness of industrial chain.Based on the existing competitiveness of new media enterprises in Zhejiang province in terms of content production,communication channels,business model and brand building.The paper put forward the overall operation and the cooperation with the private enterprises,transformation of the communication channels,the diversified and collaborative development,the brand clusters and the improvement of the industrial chain,so as to provide some feasible methods for the business path of new media in Zhejiang province.
