分析医院财务管理的信息化设计与实现

Analysis of the Design and Realization of Informatization of Hospital Financial Management

目的:探讨医院财务管理的信息化设计方案与实现效果。方法:选取2017年7月~2018年6月期间某院财务部门15名工作人员为研究对象,以未采用信息化模式管理前为干预前(2017年7月~2017年12月),以采用信息化模式管理后为干预后(2018年1月~2018年6月)。对比干预前后15名工作人员业务水平、医院财务管理质量评分以及财务管理满意度情况。结果:①经干预后财务部门工作人员业务收入结余率、净资产结余率、总资产结余率较干预前来说均显著提高;②经干预后财务部门工作人员财务理论知识、管理能力、日常工作中应变能力、沟通技巧、素质修养评分较干预前来说均显著提高;③经干预后财务部门工作人员工作总满意率较干预前来说显著更高;比较P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论:医院财务管理采用信息化设计方案干预可有效提高工作人员业务水平,间接改善了医院财务部门工作人员工作现状,提高了其财务管理能力及质量,应用效果较为明显,值得加以推广。

Objective:To explore the information design scheme and implementation effect of hospital financial management.Methods:Fifteen staff members working in the financial department of the hospital from July 2017 to June2018 were selected as the research subjects.Before the intervention(July 2017 to December 2017)and after the intervention(January 2018 to June 2018),the information model was not adopted.Fifteen staff members before and after the intervention were compared in terms of business level,hospital financial management quality score and financial management satisfaction.Result:After intervention,the operating income balance rate,net assets balance rate and total assets balance rate of financial department staff were significantly increased compared with those before intervention;and after intervention,the financial theory knowledge,financial management ability,adaptability,communication ability and quality accomplishment score of financial department staff were all higher than those before intervention.After intervention,the total job satisfaction rate of financial department staff was significantly higher than that before intervention,and the difference was statistically significant compared with P<0.05.Conclusion:Intervention with information design scheme in hospital financial management can effectively improve staff's professional level,indirectly improve the working status of staff in hospital financial department,improve their financial management ability and quality,and the application effect is exact,which is worth popularizing.
