摘要
虽然海外项目的自身属性在发生着变化,但劳务分包管控依然存在着诸多不可避免的问题,并没有发生实质性的改变。本文以巴西Pampa sul项目为例,将巴西当地的劳务分包从现场劳务单价、工种及工效、工作时间、工人考勤、当地工会组织等影响劳务分包费用的关键因素展开阐述,并根据劳务分包在该项目上的实际执行情况,总结其优缺点,对国际项目的劳务分包具有一定借鉴作用。
Although the attributes of overseas projects are changing,there are still many unavoidable problems in the management and control of labor subcontracting,and no substantial changes have taken place.Taking Brazil's Pampa sul project as an example,this article expounds the local labor subcontracting in Brazil from the on-site labor service unit price,type of work and efficiency,working hours,worker attendance,local labor union organizations,and other key factors that affect labor subcontracting costs.According to the actual implementation of labor subcontracting on the project,its advantages and disadvantages are summed up,which can be used as a reference for labor subcontracting of international projects.
