预研演示验证项目超短线进度控制探索与实践

摘要 预研演示验证项目由于其前瞻性、技术新、难度大、资源保障条件等诸多因素,使得项目研制中“保进度、保交付”一直是困扰项目团队的重点和难点问题。部分研制难度大且任务饱满的承研单位往往成为项目研制计划中绕不开的关键路径,短线甚至超短线环节,如何大幅“补短”且迎头赶上而确保全线齐步走的挑战巨大。某预研演示验证项目通过在研制过程中不断探索和实践,应用总结提出“1种”方法、“2个”小队、“3类”会议、“4项”措施可为预研演示验证类项目超短线进度控制提供有效的参考解决方案。 The progress and delivery guarantee of pre-research demonstration and verification project has been a key and difficult problem that plagues the project team due to its forward-looking,new technology,high difficulty,resource guarantee conditions and many other factors.Part of the research units that are difficult to develop and have full tasks often become the key path that cannot be bypassed in the project development plan.In short-term or even ultra-short-term links,how to substantially"make up for the shortcomings"and catch up to ensure that the entire line goes forward is a huge challenge.A pre-research demonstration and verification project through continuous exploration and practice in the development process,puts forward"1"method,"2"teams,"3"meetings,and"4"measures,which can provides an effective reference solution to the ultra-short schedule control in pre-research demonstration and verification projects.
