对数控棒材剪切生产线功能的研究与改进

棒材剪切生产线和锯切生产线功能基本相同,同为定尺下料。棒材剪切线生产线下料用于一般结构工程的用料例如承台、涵洞等,锯切生产线下料主要用于直螺纹机械连接对下料的标准较高。在实际工程中钢筋加工场功能复杂任务繁重,空间有限。为了提高生产效率,节约设备成本,节省车间空间,本文主要针对实际生产中存在的问题,通过改装棒材剪切生产线的机头部位,增加一套半自动锯床辅助技术手段来实现一机两用,既提高生产效率及质量,又节约成本。

The functions of the bar cutting production line and the sawing production line are basically the same,and both are fixed scale cutting.Bar cutting line production line blanking is used for general structural engineering materials such as caps,culverts,etc.,sawing production line blanking is mainly used for straight thread mechanical connections,and the standard for blanking is relatively high.In actual engineering,the steel bar processing plant has complex functions and heavy tasks,and the space is limited.In order to improve production efficiency,save equipment costs,and save workshop space,this paper mainly focuses on the problems in actual production.By modifying the head part of the bar cutting production line,a set of semi-automatic sawing machine auxiliary technical means is added to realize the dual use of one machine.It not only improves production efficiency and quality,but also saves costs.
