政务服务知识图谱构建与应用研究

Construction and Application of Government Service Knowledge Graph

随着人工智能时代的到来,政务服务也在朝着智能化的方向发展,而知识图谱是人工智能发展过程重要的一环。本文对知识图谱在政务领域的应用做了分析,对知识图谱的模式设计、知识加工、知识融合和存储与可视化等相关技术进行了研究。然后基于此构建了一个政务服务知识图谱,并将其应用于智能政务服务问答系统。

With the advent of the era of artificial intelligence,government services are developing in the direction of intelligence,and knowledge graphs are an important part of the development process of artificial intelligence.This paper analyzes the application of knowledge graphs in the field of government,analyzes the pattern design,knowledge processing,knowledge fusion,storage and visualization of knowledge graphs and other related technologies.Based on this,a government service knowledge graph is constructed and applied to the intelligent question and answer system for government service.
