摘要
信息化技术在铁路工程建设管理中的应用,可以从组织协同、目标协同、全过程协同三方面进行优化配置各类资源,将铁路工程建设管理实践与集成化管理理念相结合,有助于提升组织内部协同效率、达成总体目标与局部目标的协同、提高铁路工程建设各参与方的工作效率,实现铁路工程建设的整体效益,推动智能铁路的建设,从而为铁路建设提供现代化管理手段,实现全生命周期精细化管理。本文以新建赣州至深圳铁路工程GSSG-3标段的混凝土拌和站为例,对铁路工程信息化拌和站混凝土质量管理进行研究。
The application of information technology in railway engineering construction management can optimize the allocation of various resources from the three aspects of organization coordination,goal coordination,and full-process coordination.Combining railway engineering construction management practices with integrated management concepts will help improve the organization's internal coordination efficiency,achieve the coordination of overall goals and partial goals,improve the work efficiency of all parties involved in railway construction,and realize the overall benefits of railway construction,promote the construction of intelligent railways,so as to provide modern management methods for railway construction and realize the fine management of the whole life cycle.This paper takes the newly-built concrete mixing station in the GSSG-3 section of the Ganzhou-Shenzhen railway project as an example to study the concrete quality management of the railway engineering information mixing station.
