摘要
现代化工业生产中数控机床作为装配程序控制系统类自动化机床,将PLC技术运用在数控机床中,可以对传统人力资源劳动生产实施适当控制,从而显著提高现代化工业的生产质量与效率。但是,数控机床在运行过程中将会受到各类因素的影响,导致系统的稳定运行受到影响。将PLC技术引入,可以保障系统能够高速稳定运转。基于此,本文将主要分析PLC技术应用数控机床电气控制系统中的关键性以及途径。
In modern industrial production,CNC machine tools are used as automated machine tools for assembly program control systems.The use of PLC technology in CNC machine tools can implement appropriate control of traditional human resource labor production,thereby significantly improving the production quality and efficiency of modern industries.However,the CNC machine tool will be affected by various factors during its operation,which will affect the stable operation of the system.The introduction of PLC technology can guarantee the high-speed and stable operation of the system.Based on this,this paper mainly analyzes the criticality and approach in the application of PLC technology to the electrical control system of CNC machine tools.
