摘要
基于BIM技术,本文以嘉兴学院越秀校区某一宿舍楼为研究对象,运用Revit对建筑物进行建模,之后导入绿色建筑节能减排软件进行节能设计、能耗、采光、暖通等模拟计算,得出传统宿舍楼能耗高、舒适性较低,不能满足当前的节能要求。本文主要研究高校既有传统宿舍楼的建筑围护结构,以外墙保温为例,提出节能改造方案,为嘉兴地区传统宿舍绿色建筑改造提供借鉴。
Based on BIM technology,this paper takes a dormitory building on the Yuexiu campus of Jiaxing University as the research object,uses Revit to model the building,and then imports green building energy-saving and emission-reduction software for energy-saving design,energy consumption,lighting,heating and ventilation simulation calculations.It is concluded that traditional dormitory buildings have high energy consumption and low comfort,which cannot meet current energy-saving requirements.This article mainly studies the building envelope structure of the existing traditional dormitory buildings in universities,takes the external wall insulation as an example,and proposes energy-saving renovation plans to provide a reference for the green building renovation of traditional dormitories in Jiaxing.
