探究设计院EPC模式在扶贫投资项目中的应用

Application of EPC Model of Design Institutes in Poverty Alleviation Investment Projects

近年来,随着我国建筑工程总承包系统的不断完善与发展,以设计院为总承包商的EPC工程总承包作为一种新型的建筑工程总承包模式被广泛应用于扶贫投资发展项目中。该种承包模式在一定程度上优化了扶贫投资项目中间各流程管理体系,节约了项目成本。本文以保山浦发滇西边境片区扶贫投资发展基金支持项目腾冲市项目为例,对以设计院为总承包商的EPC工程总承包管理模式在扶贫投资发展项目中的应用进行探讨。

In recent years,with the continuous improvement and development of China's construction engineering general contracting system,EPC engineering general contracting with the design institute as the general contractor has been widely used in poverty alleviation investment and development projects as a new type of construction engineering general contracting mode.This kind of contracting model optimizes the management system of various processes in the poverty alleviation investment project to a certain extent,and saves the project cost.Taking the Tengchong project supported by the Poverty Alleviation Investment Development Fund in the western border area of Baoshan Pufa Yunnan as an example,this paper discusses the application of EPC general contracting management mode with the design institute as the general contractor in poverty alleviation investment development projects.
