摘要
领导风格从哪里来?是如何完成建构的?研究基于拉康的镜像理论构建了一个领导风格建构的模型,认为领导风格建构源自于晋升提拔导致的欠缺,经过对他者(镜像中的自己或他人)的领导风格进行幻化、对幻化的形象进行内化形成意象、通过想象异化和认同三个阶段完成领导风格的构型。镜像中建构的领导风格不得不面对理想化的领导风格和真实的自我之间的冲突,可行的解决路径是将刻板印象介入到领导风格建构的过程。
Where does leadership style come from?How to complete the construction?Based on Lacan's mirror theory,this paper constructs a model of leadership style construction.It believes that the construction of leadership style originates from the lack of promotion.The construction of leadership style is completed through three stages:illusory leadership style of the other(self or others in the mirror image),internalization of the illusory image to form image,and imagination alienation and identification.The leadership style constructed in the mirror image has to face the conflict between the idealized leadership style and the real self.The feasible solution is the process of stereotype intervening into the construction of leadership style.
