近年来,电信网络诈骗犯罪引起了全社会的关注。电信网络诈骗因其犯罪成本低、手段更新快、危害程度高等特点,对人民群众的财产安全和社会治安状况造成了严重影响,公安机关应根据时代发展新需求,应用智慧警务建设新成果,通过断源头、断链条、追赃挽损等一系列措施,积极探索立体化、法治化、智能化电信诈骗防控体系。

In recent years,it has been the focus o f the w hole society’s most attention on telecommunications network fraud crimes.Telecommunications network fraud has a serious impact on the people's property safety and social security due to its low crime cost,fast update of means,and high degree of harm.Public security organs should apply smart police to build new policing based on the new needs of the times.As a result,through a series of measures such as breaking the source,breaking the chain,and recovering the damages,actively explore a three-dimensional,legal and intelligent telecommunication fraud prevention and control system.
