基于护理不良事件分析对护理安全文化建设的探索与思考

Exploration and Thinking of Safety Culture in Nursing Based on the Analysis of Adverse Nursing Events

目的:通过分析护理不良事件发生的现状和原因,探讨护理安全文化建设的目标和方向。方法:采用回顾性分析法,对2017年1月1日至2019年6月30日南京市第一医院各科室发生并主动上报至护理部的266例护理不良事件,从护理不良事件类型、分级、发生护理不良事件护士工作年限、发生护理不良事件的时间段进行描述性分析,总结护理不良事件发生的现状和原因,提出护理安全文化建设的建议。结果:建议从安全精神文化建设、安全制度文化建设、安全管理文化建设、安全协作文化建设方向构建护理安全文化建设。结论:护理安全文化建设是保证患者安全的重要举措,加强护理安全文化建设势在必行。

Objective:To explore the goal and direction of the construction of nursing safety culture by analyzing the current situa⁃tion and causes of adversenursing events.Methods:Retrospectiveanalysis of 266 adverse nursing events which occurred in each depart⁃ment of Nanjing first Hospital from January1,2017 to June30,2019,whichwere reported to the nursing department.Descriptive analysis from the types,grades,working years of nurses who had caused adversenursing events and the time period ofadverse nursing events.In view of the status and causes of adverse nursing events,put forward suggestions on the construction of nursing safety culture.Results:It is suggested to construct nursing safety culture from the aspects of safety spiritual cultural construction,safety system cultural construc⁃tion,safety management cultural construction and safety cooperation cultural construction.Conclusion:The construction of nursing safe⁃ty culture is an important measure to ensure the safety of patients.It is imperative to strengthen the construction of nursing safety culture.
