出院准备服务在消化道息肉日间手术患者中的应用

Application of Discharge Preparation Service in Patients with Gastrointestinal Polyp Un⁃dergoing Day Operation

目的:将出院准备服务运用于消化道息肉行日间手术的患者中,减少患者术后并发症的发生,减少再入院率。方法:便利抽取2019年6月至12月在我院消化内科住院行消化道息肉日间手术的患者200例,使用Excel随机分组法随机分为实验组和对照组,每组100例。对照组采用常规护理方法,实验组实施出院准备服务。结果:实验组患者焦虑评分、术后疼痛、出血发生率和再入院率低于对照组,出院准备度和满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者日常生活能力比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:对行消化道息肉日间手术的患者实施出院准备服务,能缓解患者焦虑情绪,提高出院准备度,降低并发症的发生率和再入院率,减轻经济负担,提高患者满意度。

Objective:To apply the discharge preparation service to the patients undergoing day operation of gastrointestinal polyp,reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications and readmission.Methods:From June to December 2019,200 patients who were hospitalized in the department of gastrointestinal medicine in our hospital for day operation of gastrointestinal polyps were conveniently selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group by using Excel random grouping method,100 cases in each group.The control group received the routine nursing care,and the experimental group received the discharge preparation service.Results:The anxiety score,postoperative pain,bleeding and readmission rate of patients in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the discharge preparation and satisfaction were higher than those in the control group,the difference was sta⁃tistically significant(P<0.05);there was no statistical difference between the two groups about the activities of daily life(P>0.05).Conclusion:The discharge preparation service can relieve the anxiety,improve the discharge preparation,reduce the incidence of com⁃plications and readmission,reduce the economic burden and improve the satisfaction of patients.
