临床护士人文执业能力现状调查及影响因素分析

Investigation on the Current Situation of Clinical Nurses’Humanistic Practice Ability and Analysis of Influencing Factors

目的:调查临床护士人文执业能力的现状,并对其相关影响因素进行分析,为提高临床护士执业能力提供参考。方法:采用护士人文执业能力测评问卷对无锡市某三甲医院817名临床护士进行问卷调查。结果:临床护士人文执业能力总分为(42.41±15.16)分,单因素分析显示,不同性别、年龄、职称、职务、工作科室、子女情况及平均月薪水平高低对临床护士人文执业能力得分差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05),多元线性回归分析显示,护士职务、平均月薪及工作科室是临床护士人文执业能力的主要影响因素(P <0.05)。结论:临床护士人文执业能力总体处于中低水平,有待提高。护士职务、平均月薪及工作科室对临床护士人文执业能力有不同程度影响。

Objective:To investigate the status quo of clinical nurses’humanistic practicing ability and analyze its related influenc⁃ing factors,so as to provide reference for improving clinical nurses’practicing ability.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 817 clinical nursesina CertainGrade-A Tertiary Hospital in Wuxi city.Results:The total score of clinical nurses’humanistic practice ability was(42.41±15.16)points.Univariate analysis showed that different gender,age,professional title,position,working de⁃partment,children situation and average monthly salary had statistically significant differences in the humanistic practice ability score of clinical nurses(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that nurses’position,average monthly salary and department were the main factors influencing the humanistic practice ability of clinical nurses(P<0.05).Conclusion:The humanistic practice ability of clinical nurses is generally at a low level and needs to be improved.The position,average monthly salary and working depart⁃ment of nurses have varying degreesof influenceon the humanistic practice ability of clinical nurses.
