Job Satisfaction Survey and Analysis of Medical Staffs in Psychiatric Hospital

目的:评估精神专科医务人员的工作满意度,分析其主要影响因素,为相关医疗卫生政策的制定提供参考。方法:自行设计问卷调查,对福州神经精神病防治院的452位医务人员进行匿名问卷调查,从内部环境、工作压力、社会执业环境、组织管理、工作回报5个维度评价工作满意度,总体满分为125分,各维度满分为25分。结果:精神专科医务工作人员的总体工作满意度得分为(66.40±9.41)分;其中内部环境为(13.50±3.23)分,工作压力为(14.03±3.54)分,社会执业环境为(13.83±3.72)分,组织管理为(14.63±3.23)分,工作回报为(10.40±2.56)分,各维度的满意度均不高。不同学历、职称、工龄、岗位及聘任方式的精神专科医务人员的工作满意度比较,差异具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:福州神经精神病防治院医务人员的整体工作满意度处于中等偏下水平,学历、职称、工龄、岗位及聘任方式是其主要影响因素。

Objective:To investigate the job satisfaction of medical staffs in psychiatric hospitals,analyze the main influencing fac⁃tor,and to provide theoretical support for the formulation of medical and health policies.Methods:The self-designedanonymousques⁃tionnaire was used to survey 452 medical staffs in Fuzhou Neuro-psychiatric Hospital,and evaluate job satisfaction in five dimensions including the internal environment,work stress,social practice environment,organization and management,and job reward.The overall full score is 125 points,and the full score for each dimension is 25 points.Results:The survey results showed that the overall job satis⁃faction score of psychiatric medical staffs was 66.40±9.41.Among them,the score of internal environment was 13.50±3.23,the score of work pressure was 14.03±3.54,the score of social practice environment was 13.83±3.72,the score of organization and management was 14.63±3.23,the score of job reward was 10.40±2.56 and the satisfaction of each dimension was relatively low.Moreover,further re⁃search showed that the score of job satisfaction was related to education background,professional title,length of service,positions and employment mode,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The overall level of job satisfaction of medical staffs in Fuzhou Neuro-psychiatric Hospital was below average level.Educational background,professional title,length of ser⁃vice,position and employment mode are the main factors affecting the job satisfaction of medical staff in psychiatric specialty.
