运用焦点管理循环提升国家自然科学基金申请书质量

To Improve the Quality of the Application of the NSFC by FOCUS-PDCA

目的:采用焦点管理循环提升我院国家自然科学基金申请书的质量。方法:成立医院国家自然科学基金申请质量改进小组,运用焦点循环法分析国家自然科学基金申请书质量不高的根本原因,找出对策,并加以改进。结果:国家自然科学基金申请书数量由上一年的138份提高到318份,院内评审中专家评分2个A以上的申请书由28份提高到61份,获得资助的基金项目由11项提升到27项,资助经费由421.8万元提高到871万元。结论:焦点管理循环应用于科研项目管理工作中,可提升申请人员的积极性,改进国家自然科学基金申请书的质量。

Objective:To improve the quality of the application of the NSFC by FOCUS-PDCA procedure in our hospital.Methods:The hospital had set up a team to improve the quality of the application of the NSFC.The team members analyzed of the basicreason for the poor quality of the NSFC application,find the countermeasure,and make improvementsby FOCUS-PDCA procedure.Results:The number of NSFC applications increased to 318 from 138 oflast year.The number of higher qualityapplications which have 2A scores by experts,increased from 28 to 61 in the assessment by the hospital.The number of projects funds by NSFC rose from 11 to 27.The sup⁃porting funds was increased from 4,218,000 yuan to8,710,000Yuan.Conclusion:FOCUS-PDCAmanagement can be applied to the management of scientific research projects.It can enhance the enthusiasm of applicants and improve the quality of applications for NSFC.
