摘要
互联网消费金融作为我国互联网+发展战略不断深入实施后的创新商业模式,实现了传统消费金融模式和运营环节的电子化、网络化及信息化的发展与运营,是传统消费金融模式的高级发展模式。当前,我国互联网消费金融从业主体众多,与其相关的商业模式不断丰富,但受到经济发展水平及互联网技术能力的约束,我国互联网消费金融产业呈现出乱授信、金融风险不断累积及产业监管不健全等发展问题。文章以互联网消费金融产业强国美国为例,通过对其发展现状及对消费者的权益保护为出发点,引出了我国互联网消费金融发展方向与策略,即注重当前互联网消费金融商业模式,创造更多市场份额及收益,同时关注互联网消费金融可持续发展问题,利用金融科技等创新手段保障互联网消费金融健康发展。
As an innovative business model after the deepening implementation of China’s "Internet plus" development strategy,Internet consumer finance has realized the development and operation of the traditional consumer finance model and the operation of the electronic, network and information, and is the advanced development model of the traditional consumer finance model. Currently,China’s Internet consumer finance industry has a large number of practitioners, and its related business models are constantly enriched.However, restricted by the level of economic development and Internet technology capabilities, China’s Internet consumer finance industry presents development problems such as disorderly credit granting, continuous accumulation of financial risks and imperfect industrial supervision. Powers the United States, based on the Internet consumer finance industry as an example, through the development present situation and to protect the rights and interests of consumers as a starting point, raises our country Internet consumer finance development direction and strategy, which focus on the current Internet consumer finance business model, and create more market share and profits, at the same time concerned about the problem of sustainable development of the Internet consumer finance using financial technology innovation means to ensure the development of the Internet consumer financial compliance.
